Anton Slavtchev

Anton Slavtchev has close to 15 years of experience in the field of Real estate. During the past 6 years he is Managing Director of "Slavtchev Consulting" - a company specialized in the office real estate advisory and asset management. He is also the Asset Manager for Serdika Offices one of the most successful and high quality projects on the Bulgarian market. His current experience includes managing office projects in both Bulgaria and Romania. 

From 2005 to 2012 Anton was leading the Office brokerage business of Colliers International in Bulgaria and was member of the Colliers International European Office Brokerage Business group.
Anton contributed to the successful leasing of some of the most notable office project in Bulgaria such as Serdika Offices, Business Park Sofia, European Trade Center, Business Park Varna. He has been involved in some of the biggest office lease transactions in Bulgaria. 

Anton Slavtchev holds a Masters Degree in European Business from the European School of Management (ESCP-EAP, Paris/Oxford) and a Maitrise Degree in Economics from University of Strasbourg. 

His previous working experience includes Alstom Transport in Paris, France and various positions at the Corporate Venture Department of EDF as well as at the London office of Hartley Investment Trust.
