Georgi Popchev is Head of Office Properties Bulgaria at Lion’s Head. He has 15 years of experience in the real estate sector including leasing, property management, advisory and valuation. Before joining Lion’s Head Investments, he worked as commercial manager of a leading shopping center in Sofia as well as Head of valuations department at a commercial bank. Prior to this Georgi was senior consultant in tenant representation and advisory at Cushman &Wakefield Bulgaria for 6 years.
He has MA and BA in Business Administration and Strategic Management from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Certified real-estate appraiser.
